What's the role?

Assist line manager to work as an backbone of HR daily operational work on staffing, training, employer branding, etc.

What does the role involve?

1.Manage staffing issue such as contract renewal and certification letter etc.
2.Support the training organization and maintain training records.
3.Support HR projects or events on learning & development, employer branding, employee engagement relevant.
4.To be responsible for HR internal and external communication channel such as Newsletter, WeChat and other social media.
5.In charge of various HR reports and analysis.
6.To set up and maintain HR online information/ regulations platform.
7.Other tasks assigned by the superior.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor degree or above in the major of Human Resources or Business Administration or related.
  • Fluent speaking in English, both in writing and oral.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • With high team spirit and personal efficient including detail –oriented and patient.
  • Planning, organizing and coordinating competencies.
  • Initiative, willing to learn, high responsible and diligent attitude.
