We are looking for high potential candidates to join our company as Learning & Development Manager. This position takes key role in developing and executing various L&D related strategies and programs. What does the role involve?
Take ownership and full responsibility in creating and executing learning strategies and programs and development frameworks.
Independently design and deliver training program.
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs and provide solutions.
Embrace different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching, bring innovation and leading edge solutions.
Provide coaching and mentoring for leaders to increase their effectiveness and helping them develop their team members through career path.
Lead and/or support HR projects together with relevant HR colleagues.

What you need is:
- University degree, MBA is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of learning and development
- Experience as an internal trainer/coach is a plus.
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and building partnerships at all levels within an organization
- Good conceptual thinking.
- Strong communications skills and critical reasoning skills and ability to influence stakeholders
