What does the role involve?
The two-year to three-year job rotation program is a tailored career development program for graduates of professional management talents in the supply chain (including planning, logistics, customer service and other functions). Through solid practical experience, the trainees will develop professional management skills and become the core position manager of the team within two to three years
Develop an internal pool of talent through 70% on-site learning, 20% coaching and feedback, and 10% training

What you need is:
- Master degree on supply chain/ operation management or relevant, from 211/985 universities or overseas universities.
- Fresh graduate or less than 3 years working experience in MNC(s)
- Fluent in English on writing, reading, listening and speaking.
- Good communication and collaboration skill
