What's the role?

You can contribute to identify the risk of current supply chain and investigate the reasonable technology in order to fulfil Hilti tool development. We are strong in technical background like casting, fine blanking, sintering, machining, plastic, electronic, science of material. We want you to help us creating a reliable bridge between project team and suppliers.

What does the role involve?

1. Support and coordinate as a quality project manager in the industrialization/realization of critical supply parts by working in international teams
2. Learn to conduct feasibility studies and convince Hilti design engineers with your knowledge to detect and balance risks of critical manufacturing processes at the supplier.
3. Gain your experience in DFM (design for manufacture) and DTC (design to costs).
4. Lead audits at the supply site.
5. Fully embrace your knowledge and personality and be part of the Hilti Family.

What you need is:

  • 1. Master degree with the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 2. Quick and eager learner with a proactive mindset
  • 3. Readiness to work in a challenging dynamic and international environment
  • 4. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Chinese, German is a plus
